New TRX Training Station Starts November!

One on One or Team Training with a certified TRX instructor Ken Parker. The Goal of Functional Suspension Training or what’s known as TRX, in general, is to emphasize the transfer of fitness gained from exercise into improved performance in sports and/or daily activities.Suspension Training techniques are designed to engage the body as a single coordinated system. Movement patterns fundamental to most human activities can be recreated, loaded and trained through repetition on the TRX Suspension Trainer to enhance their execution on the playing field and in life.
