In this time efficient ride, your instructor will push you through timed intervals on the bike for 7-10 min then off the bike you jump into a version of timed Tabata Training focused on explosive intervals with strength and plyo-metrics. Then back on the bike! The combination of both is the ultimate training program that increases your anaerobic threshold and strength!
