Wednesdays at 5:30 pm We offer a ballet-inspired barre classes that incorporate a traditional ballet barre into the workout. You’ll find elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training in these classes, all set to motivating music. We will use the barre as well as other equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to challenge and condition your body. Angela teaches this great class!
