I actually have people tell me: " IT'S SUMMER I'll wait until winter to start my work outs". WRONG answer. The best way to capitalize on all that summer has to offer is to work out. You can enjoy life to the fullest when your feeling healthy fit and energetic! It doesn't take that much to make a significant change in your happiness and quality of life! Plus if a visiting family member asks you to hike the Dunes you don't have to fake an injury to avoid the task!
