Pre-season Cycling Performance Training
This 4 week group training meets 2x's per week for 4 weeks
Train like a cyclist....Ryan Bolin currently races Category 3 road and Category 2 cyclocross for Make the Break Racining Team. He also happens to be one of our most popular Buka Bike Instructors. This cycling pre-season periodization training will prepare you for your summer cycling, energy systems development and endurance for any outdoor summer activity you embark on. CPT Program combines a series of 1/2 hour functional strength training followed by a 1/2 hour of interval cycling.
