FREE Boot Camp classes start February 3rd!

Boot Camp providing inspiration and motivation to all!

Classes are set for Tuesday & Thursday Nights at 5:30pm

Achieve your fitness goals with this military inspired circuit workout. Calisthenics and training drills develop strength, stamina and agility.The class will also incorporate equipment used for sports conditioning and make use of common area space in the rink like stairs! When weather permits activities may also include outdoor work outs.
